Manojkumar N

Manoj Kumar N is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with experience representing clients before the Madras High Court, the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and courts and tribunals across India. His practice encompasses civil and criminal litigation, commercial disputes, arbitration, corporate and regulatory matters, and constitutional law.

Manoj began his legal career in New Delhi under the guidance of Senior Advocate Mr. Sidharth Luthra, where he gained valuable exposure to complex litigation and advocacy before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, strategy and courtroom advocacy.

He holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Sociology from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

Manoj approaches each matter with a strong emphasis on thorough preparation, strategic analysis and effective advocacy. He believes that successful legal representation requires an understanding not only of the legal issues involved, but also of the broader objectives and practical considerations of the client. N. Zahid Ahmed is the Founding Partner at M & Z Legal and has extensive experience representing clients before the Madras High Court, civil, commercial and criminal courts, the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA), Consumer Commissions, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), the Office of the Labour Commissioner, the Tamil Nadu Medical Council (TNMC), the National Medical Commission (NMC), and various other authorities and tribunals.

An alumnus of Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru, where he earned his B.A., LL.B. degree, Zahid began his legal career at the esteemed law firm AAV Partners. During his tenure, he had the privilege of working under the guidance and mentorship of the firm's distinguished team of advocates and legal professionals, gaining invaluable experience in litigation and advocacy across diverse areas of law. This early exposure laid a strong foundation for his legal practice.

Zahid believes that effective legal representation extends beyond the legal issues in dispute. Dharani commenced her legal career in New Delhi in the Chambers of Senior Advocate Ms. Anitha Shenoy, where she gained valuable exposure to litigation and advocacy in matters before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. Her early experience provided her with a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, case strategy and appellate advocacy.

She holds an LL.B. from Law Centre-I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Amity University, Noida. Her postgraduate specialisation in criminal law complements her litigation practice and enables her to approach complex legal issues with a nuanced understanding of substantive and procedural law.
